White wine vinification. Soft pressing, must cleaning and alcoholic fermentation at 15°C. Ageing in tank with lees
stirring (battonage) for 4 months.

Available in the following capacities: 0.75 l. and 1,5 l.

Colour: Pale straw yellow.
The nose: Fine and delicate.
The palate: Dry, savoury and harmonious.
Serving suggestions: Appetizers, white meat and fish dishes.
Temperature: 8-10 °C.
Volume: 11,5% vol.
