Primitivo Puglia IGT

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25 °C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic
fermentation and follow ageing in tanks for 5 months.

Colour: Red.
The nose: Wide and persistent bouquet with hints of fully ripe red fruit.
The palate: Dry flavor with a fine structure and outstanding roundness, it show a complex fruitiness on the palate that is remarkably persistent.
Serving suggestions: It matches with red meats, whether roadsted or prepared in sauces as well as feathered and furry game and moderately aged cheeses.
