Re-fermentation in autoclave with the charmat method for a month at controlled temperature 15°C using only selected yeasts. 15 days with less and bottling.

Colour: Straw yellow with brilliant hues.
The nose: Intense, fresh and fragrant, with hints of whitethorn.
The palate: Delicate and pleasantly harmonic
Serving suggestions: Appetizers, fish- based pasta or rice dishes, white meats.
Temperature: 8-10 °C.
