Albana di Romagna DOCG Passito

The grapes, after being naturally dried for 2 months, are pressed and the resultant juice cleaned with cold settling. Then
the juice it’s racked partly in stainless steel tank and partly in barrique where it’s inoculated with selected yeast. The
wine aged for 12 months before bottling.

Colour: Golden yellow hue with amber highlights.
The nose: An intense scent with typical notes of ripe fruit, honey and acacia blossom.
The palate: Soft, velvety flavor that is sweet and deliciously fruity.
Serving suggestions: Excellent with desserts such as pastries; also an ideal match for mature and/or blue cheeses.
