Vino Spumante Brut

Re-fermentation in autoclave with the charmat method for a month at controlled temperature 15°C using only select
yeasts 15 days with less and bottling.

Colour: Staw yellow, load, typical of mature wines.
The nose: Intense, complex, recalls the crust of bread, mature exotic fruit, Mediterranean spices, thyme, oregano and vanilla.
The palate: Full, rich, with good body, harmonious, dry.
Serving suggestions: Excellent as aperitif. Ideal for light dishes, cheese, bruschetta, fish and frying in general.
Temperature: 6-8 °C
Volume: 12% vol.
