Sangiovese di Romagna DOC

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25 °C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic
fermentation and followed ageing in tanks for 4 months.

Available in the following capacities: 0,375 l., 0,75 l.

Colour: Bright red with purplish edges .
The nose: Intense, vinous with a delicate scent of violets and gentle notes of black morello cherries.
The palate: Dry, soft and harmonic, slightly tannic with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Serving suggestions: First course, roasts, grilled meats and cheeses.
Temperature: 18-20 °C
Volume: 13% vol.
