Colli di Rimini Cabernet Savignon DOC

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic
fermentation and followed ageing in tanks for 4 months.

Colour: Intense red with shades of purple.
The nose: The bouquet is pleasantly herbaceous, with hints of ripe red fruits.
The palate: Its taste is enfolding, soft and full bodied, slightly crispy, with a pleasant aftertaste of jam.
Serving suggestions: Tasty first courses, roasts, grilled meats and matured cheeses.
Temperature: 18-20 °C
Volume: 13% vol.
