Pagadebit di Romagna DOC

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation in tonneaux (500 lt.) for 6 months.

Colour: Bright straw yellow.
The nose: Elegant floral bouquet, with suggestions of may-blossom and an attractive vanilla note.
The palate: Dry and well-balanced with elegantly soft and rounded fruit.
Serving suggestions: with main entrance, pasta and rice dishes, fish, and young or moderately mature cheeses.
Temperature: 12-14°C.
Volume: 12% vol.
