Soave DOC

White wine vinification, soft pressing , juice cleaning and alcoholic fermentation at 15°C. Ageing in tanks with lees
stirring (battonage) for 4 months.

Colour: Yellow with pale greenish.
The nose: Fresh and delicate with hints of apple and orange flowers.
The palate: Fresh, well-balanced with notes of bitter almond.
Serving suggestions: Appetizers, first course of fish and white meats.
Temperature: 10-12 °C
Volume: 12% vol.
