Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25 °C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic
fermentation and follow ageing in tanks for 5 months.

Colour: Red.
The nose: Distinctive, intense bouquet of fresh wildberries.
The palate: Full-body, harmonic and wellbalanced in the mouth.
Serving suggestions: It matches tasty meat, cold cuts, mature cheese and game.
