Merlot Sangiovese Rubicone IGT

Red wine vinification maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic fermentation and followed ageing in tanks for 5 months.

Colour: Intense red colour.
The nose: Delicately herbaceous fragrance, lightly spiced with cherry notes.
The palate: Rounded, soft flavor, revealing hints of prune to the palate.
Serving suggestions: A suitable accompaniment to any meal, ideal with full-flavoured rice and pasta dishes, roast and grilled meats, cheeses.
Temperature: 16-18 °C
