Rosé wine vinification with soft pressing, juice cleaning and fermentation at controlled temperature 15-17°C.

Colour: Deep rosè with cherry-red tinges.
The nose: Delicate, typical, slightly fruity aroma.
The palate: dry, harmonious with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste
Serving suggestions: First courses, appetizers and fish soups.
Temperature: 12-14 °C.
Volume: 11,5% vol.
